I tend to take a lot of baths during this time frame to help alleviate the pain.
I use 2 cups Epsom Salt, combined with a few drops of Peppermint Essential Oil.
To help with dryness of skin - add coconut oil into the bath water. Caution, it can be very slippery if you add too much. Also, keep hair up or the hair can get greasy.
For care outside of the bath you can use Relieve It and Aroma Siez for a muscle rub.
The combination of these two work as a anti-inflammatory, analgesic, pain blocker, antispasmodic , muscle soothing, and relaxant.
